    1.    Add one (1) custom design to your cart.

    2.    Add your custom surprise pillow(s) to the cart (select color, and quantities).

    3.    Proceed to checkout.

🔴 Only one custom design is allowed per order.

🔴 Need multiple designs? Please place a separate order for each.

🧠 Custom Design Instructions:

    •    In the description box, tell us:

    •    Theme or concept

    •    Background color

    •    Text (names, quotes, etc.)

    •    Any special requests

    •   If you do not want a design let us know photo only in description box

📸 Photo Upload Guidelines:

    •    Upload up to 1 high-quality photos for the front

     •    Must be clear, bright, and unfiltered

    •    Blurry, pixelated, or dark photos will be disregarded and may delay your order

⚠️ Important Notes:

    •    No refunds on custom items once printed

    •    Turnaround time: 3–5 business days after design approval
