• You may only proofread and confirm the spelling of text in your custom design.

• You are required to respond to the custom design approval email.

• Your items will not be printed until you have proofread and approved your custom design.

• Refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the custom design.

Graphic Design Service Agreement

By purchasing a custom design, you agree to the following:

• The designer (Bee Avery)  has full creative control and artistic discretion to create your custom design.

• The designer (Bee Avery) permitted to use the information you provide in your design description to complete the design.

• You accept and approve the final custom design as created.

We have a no refund or exchanges, which means you agree to accept custom product as is.

Damages and issues 

Sublimation Printing Service Agreement

• Sublimation voids are common and may appear as white lines or creases near seams, such as the armpit area or other folded sections of apparel and items.

• These voids are a natural result of the all-over sublimation printing process and may be visible on your finished product.

• Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to sublimation voids.

• Items will not be reprinted due to sublimation voids or other minor imperfections.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of sublimation voids occurring during production.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
