This form is for custom artwork that can be used for:

    •    Casket Panel Designs

    •    Casket Inserts

    •    Blankets

    •    Digital Tributes

⚠️ Please Note:

We currently do not print casket panel designs, casket inserts, or woven blankets in-house. However, we will create a high-resolution print-ready file that you can send to the funeral home for printing. You will need to purchase casket panels, Casket inserts, or woven blankets through the funeral home or person you are working with and we will email you the design to send to them.

The design can be printed on other custom products.

📋 What Happens After You Submit:

    1.    Fill out the form with all requested details

    2.    Upload high-quality photos and include any quotes, names, or special requests

    3.    We will review your request and prepare a custom invoice

    4.   Once payment is received, we’ll begin the design and send a proof before finalizing
